Number 1 

 

 

Even though you eat moderately you will have the curiosity to know more about food.  Take a tablespoon of honey mixed in water or milk every morning.  Have a light meal in the morning because this is the time you will have less appetite.  Your digestion will be poor if you eat when your body says no.  

 

You believe in nature cure and you will not go to the doctor for every problem. 

 

Avoid spicy and oily food.  This will aggravate the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.    

 

 

 

Number 2

 

 

It is better to eat cucumber and white and yellow pumpkin.  Eat food with more water content in you daily diet.  Intake green vegetables such as cabbages and fruits such as water melon, pomegranate and bananas.

 

 

 

Number 3

 

Grains, vegetable and fruits like tomatoes, lemon, pomegranate, and pineapple will do wonders for you.  Almonds are good but it will not agree with all number 3 people.  Gooseberries and their extracts will take away any skin problems and will give you long healthy life.

 

Any food that produces acidity and gas should be avoided.

 

 

 

Number 4

 

Generally all types of food will agree with you.  You will have the temptation to try out different food even though you select what you like.    Generally watch what you eat and you will be healthy.

Indian herbs such as salamisri (Orchis Mascula), walnut and pista (Pistachio)  will give you the strength for you nervous system. 

 

Consume cow’s milk and ghee.  When it comes to good health cereals such as oats and fruits such as figs are also good for you health.

To stay way from doctors eat fruits like pomegranate, musk melon, water melon, pineapple, apples, grapes, figs, raisins and nut like apricot walnut, almons and rose petals. 

If you have any heart diseases do not eat nuts without consulting your doctor.

You must include in your daily diet greens and leafy vegetables such as lettuce, pumpkin, cauliflower, water gourd, amaranth leaves, cucumber and onions.

 

Fruits such as grapes, pineapple, raisins and bananas are also good for you. 

Number 7s love tasty foods but you must eat food that is good for you to have a good health.

Beverages such as tea and coffees are your enemy and should be avoided.  Juices of fruits such as pineapple, raisins, bananas and vegetables such as cucumber, carrot, yam will be great to your health.  If you have past the age of 40 don’t have full meal at night. 

 

 

 

Number 9

 

Include onion and garlic in your daily diet.  Parslane and Gongura are the leaves that will give you good health.  Avoid eating chillies and spicy food.  Vegetables such as colacasia, yam and Lady’s finger are ideal foods. 

 

Too much meat will give you ulcer.
