To determine your achievement number, add together the numbers for your month and day of birth. Write down the sum. For example: if your birthday is jun 2. add together 6 + 2 then you will get achievement number of 8.
If the number is a double digit, write the sum of those two numbers following the original sum. For example, if your birthday is May 8, add together 5 + 8 = 13, then reduce it into a single digit by adding 1 + 3 = 4.
Your achievement number is 9, which is written as 13/4. The number is written in this way because the underlying double digit number can also be used to identify subtle aspects of your achievement number. Talking both the double digit and its sum into consideration will give you a more complete understanding of your behavior patterns.
Note : When figuring your achievement number, use the birth certificate or the date of your court approved name change. The reason for using the court date as your new birthday is that the choice of a new name is also a choice to be reborn, which bring in a new set of challenges.
